Our shiny happy Governor is pushing to reinstate the death penalty in MA, one of 12 states without it these days, and his puppet Commission on the D.P. is apparently hoping to build a better criminal justice system...through science! About a week in law school would cure them of the notion that's possible. Sigh, get those protest signs ready once again...
