Howard Dean is the Mudhoney of the Democrats -- Seattle uber-blogster Clark Humphrey likens Dean to 1991-era Clinton in terms of grassroots chutzpah, and says he's a "DIY indie-rock purist" compared to corporate boy-band candidates like Kerry and Edwards (presumably not like Kucinich, who's more like the Sun-Ra candidate, goofy and random, yet somehow appealing).
