You Know, You're an Activist Judge, Too" -- The NYTimes OpEd page finally dares to reveal the truth about those conservative judges: "they like judicial activism just fine when it advances their own agendas." So true...but in an era where Congressional "leaders" are not only violating the law themselves but openly threatening the judiciary, will anything come of it? Sigh.
